This page forms part of the Bookedtify legal terms. It is written for transparency and should be read together with the other Bookedtify policies that apply to your use of the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service and Platform Policy govern your access to and use of Bookedtify, including our website, mobile application, provider dashboard, client booking tools, payment features, notification tools, support channels, and related services.

By creating an account, using Bookedtify, listing services, requesting a booking, accepting a booking, making a payment, or receiving a payment through Bookedtify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Bookedtify.

2. What Bookedtify Does

Bookedtify is a technology platform that connects clients with independent service providers. Providers can create profiles, list services, manage availability, accept or reject bookings, manage cancellations, and receive payments. Clients can discover providers, request services, book appointments, manage bookings, pay for services, and leave reviews.

3. Bookedtify Is an Intermediary

Bookedtify is not the provider of services listed on the platform. The contract for the actual service is formed directly between the client and the service provider, and Bookedtify is not a party to that service contract.

  • Bookedtify does not guarantee service quality, safety, legality, availability, listing accuracy, appointment outcome, or provider performance.
  • Bookedtify provides software tools and marketplace infrastructure only.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, keep account details up to date, keep login credentials secure, and notify Bookedtify immediately if they suspect unauthorised access.

Clients agree to provide accurate booking information, attend appointments on time, comply with reasonable provider requirements, pay applicable fees, respect cancellation and refund rules, and avoid false reports, abusive reviews, fraudulent chargebacks, or illegal use.

5. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are independent businesses, professionals, freelancers, or service operators. Providers are solely responsible for the services they provide to clients.

  • Providers must have the right, licence, qualification, registration, insurance, and legal authority required to offer their services.
  • Providers must provide accurate service descriptions, prices, durations, availability, cancellation rules, and refund terms.
  • Providers must comply with applicable laws, consumer protection rules, tax rules, health and safety rules, professional rules, and local regulations.
  • Providers must not offer illegal, unsafe, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or prohibited services.
  • Providers must not misuse client data or avoid platform fees by moving platform-originated bookings outside Bookedtify.

6. Bookings, Prices, and Payments

A booking may be pending, confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, denied, or completed depending on the provider settings and platform workflow. The client and provider are responsible for checking the date, time, location, price, service description, and cancellation rules before confirming a booking.

Providers set their own service prices unless otherwise stated. Bookedtify may charge platform commission, subscription fees, payment processing-related fees, provider plan fees, optional feature fees, or other fees clearly displayed before purchase or activation.

Bookedtify may use a licensed third-party payment provider, such as Stripe, to process client payments, provider payouts, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Providers must choose and clearly display their cancellation and refund rules. The provider is responsible for honouring the cancellation and refund policy shown to the client at the time of booking.

If a refund is due because of provider cancellation, provider default, provider misconduct, service non-performance, or provider policy, Bookedtify may deduct the refunded amount from the provider’s current or future balance.

If a client opens a payment dispute or chargeback related to a provider’s service, cancellation, non-performance, fraud, misleading listing, or failure to issue a required refund, the provider may be financially responsible for the disputed amount, chargeback fees, payment processor fees, administrative costs, and related losses to the extent permitted by law.

8. Listings, Ranking, Reviews, and Reports

Bookedtify may display provider listings, services, search results, recommendations, categories, filters, and rankings. Ranking may be influenced by relevance, category, location, availability, price, reviews, profile completeness, booking history, responsiveness, plan type, subscription level, safety signals, and compliance history.

Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on real experiences. Bookedtify may remove or restrict reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Users may report illegal services, fraud, unsafe providers, misleading listings, abusive conduct, fake reviews, intellectual property violations, misuse of personal data, and other violations through the report page or support channels.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement

Users must not use Bookedtify for illegal services, fraudulent activity, unsafe or unlicensed services where a licence is required, misleading descriptions, abusive or discriminatory conduct, spam, exploitation, prohibited adult services, regulated goods where prohibited by law, fee avoidance, scraping, hacking, reverse engineering, or misuse of the platform.

Bookedtify may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, listings, bookings, payouts, provider visibility, or feature access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or created risk for users, providers, Bookedtify, payment processors, or the public.

10. Intellectual Property, Data Protection, and Availability

Bookedtify owns or licences all rights in the platform, software, design, branding, logos, database structure, interface, and related materials. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse Bookedtify intellectual property.

Bookedtify processes personal data according to the Privacy Policy. Providers must process client data lawfully, securely, and only for the purpose of managing and delivering the booked service unless the client separately agrees to another use.

Bookedtify aims to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

11. Liability, Consumer Rights, Taxes, and Changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookedtify is not liable for acts or omissions of clients or providers, provider service quality or safety, provider cancellations or no-shows, client no-shows, indirect damages, service interruptions, payment processor failures, or disputes between clients and providers.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights clients may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Providers are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and paying all taxes related to their services and earnings.

Bookedtify may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact Bookedtify through the contact page or the legal/contact email shown in your account or legal notices.
