1. What You Can Report
Use this page to report illegal services, fraud, unsafe providers, misleading listings, abusive conduct, fake reviews, intellectual property violations, misuse of personal data, payment abuse, or other violations of Bookedtify policies.
2. Information to Include
- The relevant provider, client, listing, booking, review, message, or content.
- A clear explanation of what happened and why you believe it violates the law or Bookedtify policy.
- Supporting evidence where available, such as screenshots, booking references, messages, receipts, or links.
- Your contact details so Bookedtify can follow up if more information is needed.
3. Urgent Safety Issues
If there is an immediate risk to life, physical safety, or property, contact local emergency services or the relevant public authority first. Bookedtify is not an emergency service.
4. What Bookedtify May Do
Bookedtify may review reports and take action including requesting more information, restricting content, hiding or removing listings, pausing bookings, holding payouts, warning users, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, refunding clients where appropriate, or reporting serious matters to authorities where required or appropriate.
5. False or Abusive Reports
Reports must be made honestly and in good faith. False, misleading, abusive, harassing, or malicious reports may lead to account restrictions or other action.
6. How to Submit a Report
Use the in-app report buttons on provider profiles and reviews where available. For reports that do not fit an in-app target, submit details through the contact page and include “Report” in the subject or first line of your message.
